Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship orders worldwide using USPS. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

 

Domestic Delivery (United States)

Estimated delivery times within the United States typically range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the service selected.

 

International Shipping

We ship internationally via USPS International services.

International delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, delays, or additional processing beyond our control.

 

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We are unable to estimate customs fees or mark shipments as gifts.

 

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but not received, please contact your local postal service to initiate an inquiry.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@gravitychopsticks.com and we will assist where possible. Resolution timelines are subject to USPS and international carrier processes.

 

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

 

Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance may be available at checkout. We recommend selecting insurance for additional protection against loss or damage during transit.

 

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
