Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

At Gravity Chopsticks®, our goal is to deliver thoughtfully designed, high-quality products. Each order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards for workmanship and accuracy.

Please review the policy below carefully.

 

General Returns Overview

Due to hygiene and food-contact considerations, used chopsticks are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not offer a general money-back guarantee. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to working with you to find an appropriate resolution in accordance with the terms below.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@gravitychopsticks.com within 10 days of delivery.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • A full refund to the original payment method

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, unless otherwise instructed by us. Please contact us before sending any items back.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at info@gravitychopsticks.com with “CANCELLATION” in the subject line.

  • Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled

 

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Orders are shipped via USPS in a timely manner. During peak seasons, delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

While we work with carriers to resolve shipping issues, we recommend selecting optional shipping insurance at checkout for additional protection. Claims reported outside the stated timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
