We are a small, family-owned and operated business based in sunny San Diego, California.

Gravity Chopsticks® began with a simple, everyday frustration. While dining at a restaurant, our appetizer plates were cleared away and suddenly there was nowhere to rest our chopsticks. We balanced them on the table, tried to keep the tips clean, and did what most people do in that moment. We improvised.

That small inconvenience sparked an idea.

What if chopsticks didn’t need a rest at all?

From that “aha” moment, Gravity Chopsticks® was born. We set out to design chopsticks that naturally lift the eating tips off the table when set down, keeping them clean, stable, and ready to use. No extra accessories. No added steps. Just a smarter, more thoughtful design.

As a family-run business, we believe good design should solve real problems, reduce waste, and fit seamlessly into everyday life. Gravity Chopsticks® are reusable, durable, and designed to replace disposable chopsticks without sacrificing comfort or elegance.
