We ship all products via USPS.

For RUSH ORDERS please contact us at info@gravitychopsticks.com and we will try our utmost to accelerate your order and upgrade your shipping. Extra charges may apply.

Non-personalized items are normally shipped within 1-2 business day from receipt of confirmed order and payment.

Personalized items are shipped within 2-3 business days, though some items may take longer, depending on the size of your order and our backlog.

We ship worldwide. If for any reasons it is determined that your shipping cost will exceed the amount displayed on your shopping cart, due rate changes by the shipping carriers, our staff will promptly email you with a new shipping quote before processing and shipping your order. Rest assured, you will not be charged for the additional shipping fees unless we receive your final approval for the new shipping quote.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DUTIES, TAXES AND BROKERAGE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SHIPMENT.

All order will be shipped First Class via USPS, unless specifically request otherwise. Please contact us if you need your order/package shipped Express, Priority, etc.

INSURANCE AND DISCLAIMER

OUR USPS SHIPPING FEES DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE OR TRACKING NUMBER. Please note that WE CANNOT TRACK PACKAGES SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ONCE IT LEAVES THE USA. Ownership of packages transfer to the buyer once it is turned over to USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, HELD, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. We are not responsible for delivery errors or incorrect shipping information due to fault unattributed to our actions. You will be responsible for all re-shipping fees. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.

We are not responsible for orders/packages once it has been turned over to USPS. All shipping issues must be handled by USPS. Once your package is safely deposit at USPS it is out of our control.

INSURANCE is available as an add on option to any order, and is recommended for any order over $100 or on any order you cannot afford to lose. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your order is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All orders are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS if you select to purchase insurance. Claims for lost or damaged packages while in transit must be filed with USP

We do not REFUND for damaged of packages. Please add insurance to your order to cover this by selecting the insurance option at checkout and your shipment will be insured by USPS.
